If one for above questions is positive, then you might be interested in details of public co-financing opportunities prepared by Polish government under Operational Programme Intelligent Development (OP ID) for 2015.

OP ID is one of the biggest Research, Development and Innovation co-financing programmers in CEE fuelled with EU funds and there are at least couple of over 17 calls for concrete projects proposals announced under OP ID 2015 you might be interested in, incl. among others:

1) Performance of R&D activities leading to creation and commercialization of inventions for start-ups and SMEs under “Fast Track” scheme (decision of co-financing in 60 days!). EUR 400m in call is to be officially announced on 2nd of April 2015. The “opportunity window” for submission of applications will start on 4th of May 2015. If you are interested, you’d better follow  website of Polish National Centre for Research and Development

2) Set up of Research and Development Centers with R&D infrastructure and defined R&D activities agendas – EUR 110m in call to be officially announced in July 2015 and “opportunity window” for submission of applications in September 2015. For more follow closely Polish Agency for Entrepreneurship Development

These are not all growth boosters prepared by Polish government for entrepreneurs in 2015.

Let us just mention “Bank of Technologies”, an electronic platform with interface designed to remind popular social media portals being prepared by Polish Indurstrial Development Agency. “Bank of Technologies” will be a storage of information on patents & know-how and an matchmaking platform for inventors and industries expressing concrete development needs or challenges.

The patents and know-how responding concrete needs or challenges will have a chance get public co-financing and be successfully sold.

2015 will be interesting in terms national innovation ecosystem creations, new financial instruments, public sector risk taking and pilot programmes launches . It looks that “Innovation Policy. A practical Introduction” issued by Springer in early 2015 may require an update soon.
